Women Grievance Cell
About WGC
The Women Grievance Cell of M.J.P. Rohilkhand University is an authorized body established to receive, examine,
and resolve complaints from female students and female employees in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.
The cell works to promote accountability and to prevent issues such as sexual harassment, discrimination, and other forms of misconduct against women on campus.
The main objective of the Women Grievance Cell is to promote the well-being of female staff and students by ensuring a safe, respectful, and non-hostile environment.
It addresses complaints, ensures compliance with institutional policies, and provides necessary support services to women in the university.
The cell also offers a confidential platform where women can submit written complaints related to harassment, discrimination, or exploitation.
Female members of the campus community may submit their complaints through the locked Complaint Boxes installed at various locations such as hostels,
the canteen area, and near academic departments.
Complaints can also be submitted directly to the Women Grievance Cell office located in the Training and Placement Cell of the University.
The committee carefully investigates all reported cases and recommends appropriate action against individuals found responsible.
The Women Grievance Cell is committed to ensuring that women can study and work in a secure environment free from fear, harassment, or injustice.
