Installation of Sanitary Napkin in crenation units
Actively engaging in promoting menstrual hygiene, sustainability, and empowerment within
our campus community, the Directorate of social and corporate relations initiates, the successful installation of 15 sanitary
napkin incineration units in our Hostels and Departments, made possible through the generous support of A.P. Industries,
Lucknow. The installation of these incineration units with the funding of Rs. 3 lakhs A.P. Industries Lucknow represents our
university's strong commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and sustainable campus environment. It not only promotes proper
menstrual hygiene management but also contributes to environmental sustainability by minimizing the ecological impact of
sanitary napkin waste. The main objective of this activity is to create a campus environment that embraces inclusivity,
cleanliness, and environmental stewardship.
