Applications are invited for one purely temporary post of Research Assistant under the UP-CST research project entitled, “Computer Simulation of Long-wavelength Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Lasers for Optoelectronics Applications” for a period of three years or till the completion of the project on a consolidated stipend of Rs. 12,000/- per month.

Indian citizens who are resident of Uttar Pradesh having first class M.Sc. (Physics) degree and age below 25 years on 01April 2012, can appear in the walk-in-interview alongwith the latest bio-data and original certificates for verification on Saturday,11 February, 2012 , in the E&I Engineering department. No TA/DA will be given to candidates appearing in the interview.

Candidates having exposure of MATLAB or other computational software will be given preference.
